Our premium creamline milk is whole milk that has been pasteurized, but not homogenized. It is the closest milk we have to raw milk. By not homogenizing the milk the cream separates and rises to the top. Shake it well or take a spoon to push down the cream plug on top to mix it throughout the milk. Research proves that creamline milk is easier to digest and the fat particles are not as easily absorbed into the digestive system. Many of our customers with lactose intolerance have had great luck with our creamline milk
