Pasquale (Lino) Liuzzi came to this country over 45 years ago with the idea of establishing his own business producing premium quality cheeses and fine foods, reminiscent of those made by his family, in the small town of Noci in the Province of Bari, Italy. Today Liuzzi Cheese proudly carries on old world traditions of handcrafted cheeses started by the Liuzzi family five generations ago. All Liuzzi Cheese is produced locally in Connecticut from rBST-free milk sourced locally and delivered daily.
